Really great book that provides insight into the nuts and bolts of how to create great lyrics. I've taken several song writing courses and have presented songs to industry pro's. I've oftren been unsure about certain elements of lyric writing. This book has cleared up many of those. For someone who wants to take their lyrics to another level, I'd recommend a buy. FYI, this book was recommended to me by the A&R rep that signed a song that went #1 so the referral I received came from a reliable source.

Get and read this book. All the previous positive reviews are valid, so 'nuff said there. When no less an eminent songwriter as RWH says this is the book to read if you only read one on the topic, only a fool wouldn't listen.

This is an excellent overview of the development aspects for national development

This is an excellent overview of the development aspects for national development. Although not full colour, it is profusely illustrated with two-colour diagrams and charts. There is an emphasis upon Africa, appropriately in my view because that is where many development "experiments " were imposed upon the communities there.
